Me: A short history
I am a Product Manager/UX Researcher specializing in
mobile and web-based communication and platform services.
I majored in Industrial Engineering and my main interest was HCI.
After graduation, I joined the UX research and design course, which led to my current career.
Over the years, I have worked on various projects including
: mobile messenger, IoT mobile app, cryptocurrency custody web service, and AI and digital dentistry mixture app and web services.
Several projects were co-worked with international colleagues and partners from Spain, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran, etc.
I am "a language enthusiast"; I speak Korean, English, Spanish, and Japanese. I keep learning new languages to understand various cultures.
I keep developing my skills in product design to visualize my ideas in the form of GUI.
My work process
I conduct research and build strategies for all stages of the product development process; market and environment research, UX research and modeling, information architecture, wireframe, storyboard, operation manual/policy definition, and marketing plan suggestions.
Apart from being a UX researcher, I also take part as a product manager. Managing resources related to products based on project schedule and reviewing/editing product development are the main tasks.

Design user flow and
low-fidelity wireframe, and define detail functionality and product design concept
Manage development process, perform product tests, and suggest operation/marketing strategy
Methods I use
I utilize broad UX research methods. I select the appropriate method based on stakeholders’ requests and the research issues we are trying to solve. I keep updating methods due to continuous practice.
